WE WON. AGAIN.

In a unanimous decision, the City Council denied Jha's appeal! This forces Jha to file a lawsuit to move ahead. Not sure what the deadline is for that - more later.

The City Council meeting room was a SEA OF RED - I think we occupied almost every seat. THANK YOU THANK YOU. There were some very impassioned speakers who made quite an impression on the crowd.

And thank you to all the letter writers and email writers. I believe they said they received 57 communications; that's excellent.

In the coming days we will send out more about the next steps in this process - but for now we can take a breather..
