Update #2: Interesting Info

Interesting information on the vacant lot that I found out today:

Apparently, a Developer is trying to develop the Canyon over by Elkmont Street (different Developer), and that property also had easements on it. When the surrounding homeowners investigated who owned the easements, they found out that they (the adjacent homeowners) did! The bottom line is that the developer could not build anything on those easements without the permission of the adjacent homeowner.

 

If anyone on this list owns a home along Silver Spur or Ironwood adjacent to the canyon, you may be able to find out in your original title insurance documents whether you own one of the easements on 5323 Ironwood. 

If you find out that you do, I think that would be of interest to this whole group.
