We are a grassroots movement of Palos Verdes citizens that believes the State of California’s approach to dealing with the need for housing is misguided and needs to be reformed. We are not against affordable housing, but we are against forced over-development which destroys the fabric of neighborhoods.
Our Goals:
STOP the large development in Silver Spur Canyon
ADVOCATE for the rapid passage of RPV’s Housing Element
REPEAL the Builder’s Remedy law
RETURN the control over planning and zoning to local governments
